The sixth and final season of The Crown will arrive on Netflix this week, and with London having been at the centre of the beloved royal series during its run, we take a look at some of its filming locations around the capital.
The new series, which will be available to stream on the streaming giant starting November 16, will be split into two parts. The first will focus on Princess Diana and the lead-up to her death, while the second will follow the start of young Prince William and Kate Middleton's relationship.
While Scotland will likely take the limelight in the second half of the series, as the prime location in which young Prince William and (future) Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, kindled their romance, Londoners will no doubt be able to spot the capital in other moments of the show.
Here are four spots around London that The Crown have been used as filming locations across the show's six series run.

1. Lancaster House, London - Buckingham Palace
Crown viewers may recognise this spot for some of the interior shots of Buckingham Palace in the series. With lavish and regal decor throughout, it's no surprise the spot has been featured in the beloved royal series. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images

2. Lyceum Theatre
The Lyceum Theatre was first featured in the first season of The Crown as it showed Elizabeth II and Prince Philip attending a performance there. It was once again featured in the fifth season at the Royal Albert Hall when Princess Diana watched Swan Lake in the venue. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images

3. Old Royal Naval College - Buckingham Palace
Another Buckingham House stand-in spot is the Old Royal Naval College, which has been used for exterior shots of the iconic London landmark throughout the series. 4. London Coliseum - Dominion Theatre
In the fourth season of the show, the London Coliseum was used to depict another of the West End's theatres. The spot was used to recreate the Dominion Theatre for the 1995 Royal Variety Performance show. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images
