Towering over Londoners just like in the show, guards dressed in pink overalls were of course by her side eyeing up city locals if they got too close.

Squid Game premiered on Netflix in 2021 and following its release quickly became the streaming platform’s most streamed series ever.

As fans have been eagerly awaiting a follow up series its clear Netflix is pulling out all the stops to honour the season 2 release.

Posts on social media show the giant squid game doll first appeared in London at the start of the month as it watched over passersby in Shoreditch.

Londonbound once again this week, the latest appearance of the large-scale doll was this time seen right by Battersea Power Station.

The sightings of the red light green light game figure come as the first episode of the new series was screened at a special preview event at BFI Southbank.

The ticketed event gave fans a first look at the new series following Player 456’s search to find the people behind the game and put an end to their vicious sport.
