Spirited Away: London Coliseum dates, capacity and how to get tickets for the limited-run show

A stage production of the classic anime movie Spirited Away is coming to the capital. The London Coliseum is set to host the theatre adaptation next spring.

Two decades after the Oscar-winning film premiered in the UK, it has been confirmed a live-action stage version is heading to London. The theatrical edition will hit the West End next April.

The show will have a limited stint in the capital’s London Coliseum - which has a capacity of 2,359 seats - running into the summer months. The Spirited Away stage show will wrap up next July.

Not only will the production play Spirited Away’s iconic score to London crowds live, but audiences will also be transported to the movie’s world as they watch the young Chihiro’s story illustrated by puppets.

The 12-week run will start on April 30 2024 and wrap up later in the summer on July 20.

Tickets for the show are not yet on sale. General sale of tickets is set to start next week from September 7. There is also a chance to get tickets early by signing up for priority booking. This will mean fans can get tickets early on September 5, two days before they are avalible to the public.
