YouTuber group the Sidemen will take to the London Stadium pitch this week for their annual charity match fundraiser. Supporting an array of charities, including Bright Side and the Teenage Cancer Trust, the collective will play against the YouTube AllStar team this Saturday (September 9).

Moving on from the 27,000-capacity Charlton Valley Stadium, which hosted the Sidemen’s 2022 Charity Match, the YouTube group are set to play in front of 60,000 fans this week at West Ham’s pitch aka the London Stadium.

It was announced the Sidemen would be hosting a 2023 charity match in June. Tickets went on sale later that month but sold out in just 90 minutes.

The Sidemen FC will go head-to-head with the YouTube All-Stars team, which features some of the video-sharing platform’s most recognisable creators, including Mr Beast and IShowSpeed.

Rapper Aitch will take to the pitch for a mid-game performance. The Sidemen confirmed he would helm the match’s halftime show on social media in July.

The game will be hosted by YouTuber turned presenter Elz The Witch and rapper and TV personality Big Zuu. They will be joined by Fifa YouTuber and comedian Stephen Tries, who will share their game commentary throughout the match.

What time will the 2023 Sidemen Charity Match start? Kick-off time confirmed

According to one of the event’s main sponsors, Crunchyroll, the match will start at 3pm.

Like past years, the 2023 Sidemen Charity Match is expected to be streamed from the YouTube group’s official channel. This year’s stream is set to start just before kick-off, at 2.25pm.
