Robbie Williams announces two shows at Royal Albert Hall while filming upcoming biopic - how to get tickets

Robbie Williams has announced he will perform two shows in London next month, with the shows being filmed as part of an upcoming movie starring the former Take That performer. The two night stand will see Williams perform a mixture of both his big hits and swing classics.

The unique concert experience will also give fans a chance to be a part of a major cinematic release, as Williams’ film, Better Man, will tell the story of Robbie’s life and give fans an introspective look into the experiences that shaped Robbie Williams both on and off stage.

Written, produced and directed by Michael Gracey (The Greatest Showman), filming commenced this year in Melbourne with Robbie recently travelling Down Under to shoot scenes and now the cameras are heading to the UK. The November shows are to be filmed for a scene portraying Robbie’s triumphant Live At The Albert show in 2001.

Many may remember that performance 21 years ago as somewhat of a comeback for the singer, performing a number of his songs in a swing style ahead of his major record label signing in 2002 with EMI for the album Escapology, which went number one in album charts across the world.

Robbie Williams will be performing at the Royal Albert Hall on November 6. Tickets for the London shows will be available through Ticketmaster from Thursday (October 27) at 11am. Artist presales will be available two hours before general sales at 9am.
