Londoners looking to take their anger out in a rage room in the capital don’t have to travel too far out of the city to find a smashing experience to try out. There are a few that are just a short train journey away.

A rage room, or “smash room” or “anger room”, is a place where people pay to go and smash up objects - what people find fun comes in many forms!

The city previously hosted a couple of rage rooms, including the Wreck Room and Rampage Rage Room. However, Smash Room appears to be the only one currently open in the capital.

Luckily for those who call the capital home, there are also a few rage rooms that are based not too far from the city. London’s neighbouring counties, Essex and Kent, both offer spaces for city dwellers to break stuff.
