Pergola Brixton has transformed into the ultimate rooftop destination to soak up the spring sunshine and indulge in a cocktail or three.

Visitors can enjoy tequila and mezcal curated cocktails and delicious Mexican food courtesy of Jalisco (delivered to your table from Brixton market).
Cabana style seating, cactus evergreens, and wicker upholstery all feature amongst a backdrop of earthy colours and terracotta tones to create a chic and vibrant space from where to best enjoy night time in the capital.


Working in tandem with Altos Tequila, Pergola Brixton has created a collection of refreshing cocktails to see you through summer - think fruity margaritas, sparkling Palomas, and even a Tequila Colada Slushie to cool you down in the sunshine.

Hide AdBring a group of friends and try out Pergola’s sharing cocktails from £35, with all the fan favourites as well as innovative options like Blood Orange & Peach Sangria. Or if you don’t fancy sharing, enjoy Pergola’s classic cocktails all to yourself, with a Vanilla Espresso Martini, punchy Pergola Iced Tea, or a non-alcoholic spritz or margarita.


For those wanting to maximise the evening sun, Pergola Sundowners will be available between 5pm and 7pm Tuesday to Friday where a selection of cocktails will steal the night at £7 each. Pergola Lates will be on the menu every Friday from 5pm, promising long evenings in the sunshine and late nights on the dancefloor - with in-house DJs making the vibes.
Bottomless Brunch on a Saturday means 90 minutes of bottomless drinks - including Palomas, Strawberry Rum Punch, beer or bubbles, paired with a choice of tacos or nachos (£40pp).
