The menu line-up includes comforting Cacio e Pepe, classic Carbonara, a contemporary Pistachio Pesto, as well as mouth-wateringly tender Beef Ragù, and Spicy Arrabbiata, all served with rocket salad and a refreshingly light and effervescent Prosecco.

And for those who can’t skip the temptation of a rich and deliciously cheesy al forno (oven-baked) course, there is the option to upgrade the culinary journey through Italy even further with unlimited Truffle Mac & Cheese and Beef Lasagne dishes for just £45 per person.

The new Bottomless Pasta & Prosecco brunch is available every weekend at all Pasta Evangelists restaurants, including Richmond, Chiswick, and Greenwich, from Saturday 17th May.

Sittings will take place from 11am and last for a maximum of 90 minutes.
