MAD//Fest returns to London this week - here's what you need to know
MAD//Fest London is the UK’s largest and most dynamic marketing, advertising, and disruptive-tech festival.
Originating in 2018 over a few beers in East London, MAD//Fest has grown from a 2,000‑person event into a major gathering for bold ideas, creativity, and networking.

It brings together brands, agencies, media owners, tech innovators, and start-ups in an energetic, festival-style atmosphere designed for content, connection, and fun.
The event will return to the Truman Brewery Estate from 1-3rd July for three days of “star‑studded speakers, masterclasses, parties, and more.”
What is Mad//Fest and who is speaking?

The invitation-only festival draws a vibrant mix of attendees, including brand marketers, agency leaders, media professionals, and investors.
Speakers range from comedians like Richard Ayoade, academics like Hannah Fry, to brand leaders from L’Oréal, Cadbury, Guinness, Allbirds, Ogilvy, and more.
MAD//Fest offers a rare blend of bold keynote talks, start-up/hack pitches, immersive workshops, and lively networking events (pub quizzes, DJ‑led parties, pop‑up pub lounges), making it a highlight in the marketing calendar for anyone who wants to connect, learn, collaborate, and have fun while doing it.
This year’s theme is ‘Be Less Boring’ and will bring together some high-profile speakers, including Richard Ayoade, Jimmy Carr, Jane Aldridge from Nescafe, and Angela Affinita, marketing director for Disney.
