London Zoo Universal Credit tickets: How to claim £3 tickets for low income families

London Zoo, located in the capital’s Regent’s Park, wants to help as many people as possible connect with nature by making sure it is accessible to everyone.
The wildlife park’s website states: “We want as many people as possible to be able to enjoy a brilliant day out with us, to benefit from the amazing animals which live at London Zoo, connect with nature and help us create a world where wildlife thrives.

As part of the reduced-price London Zoo tickets scheme, people can buy tickets at the gate for as little as £3 per person if they are receiving Universal Credit, Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, Employment and Support Allowance, Income Support or Jobseeker’s Allowance.
The £3 tickets are available to book online for the whole family for up to six people per household, with children under three able to go for free.

London Zoo £3 tickets - how to claim
You’ll need to bring your proof of benefits letter with you to the zoo and show the staff at the admissions gate. A photographic ID may also be asked for.
London Zoo will not be able to issue discounted tickets unless you can show one of the above documents (per household) as proof of eligibility.
