Is there a dress code for London Royal Albert Hall?
As explained on the venue’s website, while some events will have a specified dress codes, most shows at the concert space don’t.

If a show does have a dress code, it will usually be mentioned under the performance section of the event page. Robbie Williams’ November shows at the venue last year appear to be the most recent dress-coded event. At the time, attendees had to don "strictly black tie or formal evening wear."
