The capital’s O2 Arena regularly hosts thousands of event goers throughout the year as they head to the popular venue for live music and performances. Handling large volumes of guests, its security and customer service are always on hand if any problems should arise.

If you’re in need of some assistance ahead of your trip to the venue or perhaps want to give some feedback to the arena’s customer service team following your visit, you can do so through a few different methods.

As well as a helpful, frequently asked questions section on the O2 website which addresses common concerns of event goers, you can also reach out to customer support directly via phone or email.

Visitors can also access assistance and advice on-site. Both O2’s security and guest relations teams are available to event goers if they encounter any issues during their visit.

On the lower right corner of the O2 website, there is a pop-up which reads "Have a question?" Once clicked, a conversation window will appear into which you can type your question. There are also a few specific buttons, such as "Tickets & Bookings" or " Venue Info", which can help guide you to get the help you require.

On the Contact Us page of the arena’s site, there is also an option to submit an enquiry form. After completion, a member of the contact support team will reach out to follow up.

London’s O2 Arena has several social media pages, including Instagram and Twitter accounts. You can contact the venue via the messaging facility on those platforms.

Where to find assistance while at the O2

If you find yourself in need of help while at the venue, visitors can approach security directly or make their way to the arena’s dedicated safe space.

Security monitors activity across the site, with guests able to report concerns or suspicious activity to them, who can then follow up with necessary action.

The O2 also has its own safe space for visitors should they need assistance or support. It is managed by both the security and guest relations teams and offers first aid as well as a private space away from the crowds.
