Mighty Hoopla

Brockwell Park, Brockwell Park Gardens, SE24 0NG Saturday June 3 to Sunday June 4

Mighty Hoopla is set to welcome pop fans to London’s Brockwell Park across its two-day festival at the start of June. Music lovers will be treated to performances by pop royalty as well as the two-time Eurovision winner Loreen.

This year’s headliners include former Destiny’s Child singer Kelly Rowland and Murder On The Dancefloor hitmaker Sophie Ellis-Bextor.

Hampton Court Palace Festival

Hampton Ct Way, Molesey, East Molesey KT8 9AU June 8 to 17

King Henry VIII’s former home is hosting a two week extravaganza of music and food and drink. Enjoy a picnic in the beautiful East Front Gardens of the Grade I-listed, 16th century palace, while watching world-class acts perform.

This year’s headline acts include Gladys Knight, Grace Jones, Tom Jones, the Kaiser Chiefs and Rick Astley.

Christine and the Queens’ Meltdown

Southbank Centre, Belvedere Road, SE1 8XX June 9 to 18

The 28th edition of the UK’s longest-running artist-curated music festival, Meltdown, is being curated by Christine and the Queens.

Highlights include two performances by the curator himself, new music from Sigur Rós with the London Contemporary Orchestra and director Jim Jarmusch’s pivot to music with SQÜRL.

Other acts include Django Django, Kokoroko, Oxlade and Warpaint.

BST Hyde Park

Hyde Park, W2 2UH June 24 to July 9

London’s largest Royal park is hosting six open-air concerts across two weekends.Festival highlights include  K-pop superstars Blackpink who are performing their first UK show and P!nk who is hosting a full-blown carnival.

Other headliners include iconic rock band Guns N’Roses, the legendary Bruce Springsteen and indie royalty Lana del Rey. Find the full details here.

One of the most beloved of all London’s music festivals, All Points East returns to Hackney’s Victoria Park this August.

This year’s lineup includes some of the hottest names in the music industry including Stormzy, HAIM, The Strokes, Jungle and Dermot Kennedy.

A free programme of midweek events will also be hosted in the community by In the Neighbourhood.
