2025 is finally here although the Christmas vibes seem to be still going strong in London thanks to the iconic festive lights that are still on display in the city.

Despite the capital having welcomed the new year with fireworks at southbank on Tuesday (January 31), London’s Christmas lights are still set to twinkle for a few more days.

Keeping with the festive tradition that sees many take their decorations down on the twelfth night of Christmas, London’s festive lights are also set to power down then too.

Here’s when Londoners can expect the city’s 2024 Christmas Lights to go off and come down.

London’s Christmas lights are set to power down for another year at the end of the week on Sunday (January 5).

While a date for all of the city’s many festive lights has not been confirmed, January 5 is when Regent Street’s lights will switch off.

Therefore, it's likely the rest of the famous central displays including Oxford Street and Carnaby Street will turn off then too.

When does Winter Wonderland close in London?

Hyde Park’s iconic Winter Wonderland will also close this weekend.

The final day to visit Winter Wonderland in London is Sunday, January 5th.
