Just For Laughs London 2023: Ryan Reynolds Maximum Effort to perform at O2, how to get tickets & and pre-sales

Hollywood superstar and Wrexham AFC co-owner Ryan Reynolds will head up a world class programme of comedians as the Just For Laughs London festival kicks off in March 2023. The festival, running across four days, will be housed inside London’s The O2 from March 2 2023 to March 5 2023, with Reynolds’ performance taking place Saturday March 4 2023 at 8:30pm.

Hosted by actor & comedian Rob Delaney, Maximum Effort sees the Deadpool actor take part in a “fun-packed conversation” filled with anecdotes, and insight into the global super-star’s career. From his humble beginnings on Canadian television show Hillside and his first venture into the US appearing in Two Guys and a Girl, Reynolds is set to take audiences on a journey to his ascent to Hollywood A-list status and being a Sexiest Man Alive.

Audiences will also learn more about his ventures away from the silver screen, from his investments in Aviation American Gin and mobile network Mint, and of course his co-ownership of Wrexham AFC alongside It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia creator Rob McElhenney. All undertaken in Reynolds’ endearing, trademark self-deprecating glory, of course.

Maximum Effort is just one part of the Just For Laughs London festival, making its return to the capital after its success in Montreal since its beginnings in 1983. The Montreal event is considered one of the pinnacles of comedy, much like the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in the UK, with a who’s who of comedic legends having graced the Canadian stage.

Reynolds is joined for the 2023 festival by Graham Norton, Kathryn Ryan, Adam Buxton, Reggie Watts and This Is The End and The Office star Craig Robinson to name a mere few. The festival will also be home to live podcast recordings from Nish Kumar and James Acaster.

Venue presale tickets to see Ryan Reynolds’ Maximum Effort will be on sale from 10am on November 23 2022 through AXS Tickets, with general sales for the show taking place from November 24 2022.
