Giggs and Diddy London at O2 Shepard's Bush Empire: 6 pictures from one-night-only charity gig

Peckham-born rapper Giggs took to the stage in the capital alongside the iconic Diddy.

UK and US hip-hop worlds came together at the O2 Shepard's Bush Empire on Tuesday (November 7) as rapper Giggs took to the west London venue's stage alongside American star Diddy (formerly known as Puff Daddy and P Diddy).

For one night only, the two hip-hop artists graced the same stage in the capital for a special charity gig. According to reports, proceeds from the gig went to the UK-based charities Sickle Cell Society and Black Minds Matter.

It is not the first time that Giggs has hosted a fundraiser show in honour of the Sickle Cell Society. In 2018, he performed at Camden's Roundhouse in aid of the charity and the Amy Winehouse Foundation.

Tuesday's evening of hip-hop welcomed an array of special guests, including fellow Peckham rapper Kyze as well as Diddy's 25-year-old son King Combs.

New Yorker Diddy, born Sean John Combs, found worldwide fame in the 1990s, founding Bad Boy Records, which cultivated the careers of stars including the Notorious B.I.G. (Biggie Smalls), Mary J Blige and Usher. Diddy himself became a multi-platinum-selling artist.
