First night of BBC Proms 2023 at Royal Albert Hall: Full info including show times and programme

The BBC Proms 2023 season is finally here. The classical music event will start at the Royal Albert Hall this evening.

Proms will once again take over the iconic concert hall as the first night gets underway tonight. During the evening, audiences will hear some timeless compositions as well as some modern pieces.
