It’s a big takeover at Fabric in November, as FABRICLIVE brings together two of the UK’s distinguished dance record labels under one roof with an EC2A and Hardline takeover.

The event, set to take place on November 8 2024, is in many ways a celebration of both labels and their achievements throughout the years, and fans of electronic music will have to make some hard decisions what room to spend the most of their time in on the night.

Room 1 will see EC2A, the UK-based record label and collective that focuses on UK garage, bass, and underground electronic music, celebrating their fifth anniversary this year. Founded by Dr Dubplate (Yanis Koudjo), it aims to provide a platform for emerging artists, especially through unique vinyl releases like limited-edition dubplates.

Meanwhile in Room 2, Hardline (led by DJ Cosworth) continue to grow from strength to strength with the label, known for its dynamic club music that spans genres like UK garage, techno and bass, set to feature artists Dylan Fogarty, Tan and a special guest to be announced.

In the information provided from the event organisers, they state that Dr Dubplate wanted to build a line-up that represented their community and values that they have placed at the forefront of everything they do.
