Schools up and down the country will break up for the Easter holidays on Friday, April 1, 2022.

Pupils get two weeks off to signal the end of the spring term, before heading back for the last term of the school year.

With cakes, drinks and more on offer all afternoon at this party, which is aimed at all ages, will give your children a carefree afternoon and start their weekend off right.

Easter egg hunt and crafts

Date & time: Saturday, April 9 - 10am - 12am

This event is limited to just 12 spaces, and is aimed at children aged 5-11.

At the location, multiple Easter eggs are hidden, ensuring an epic Easter egg hunt for the children, with each child having the opportunity to find two eggs before heading into the Learning Studio to decorate their eggs and craft an egg basket from recycled materials.

Easter egg hunt in Hackney

St John’s Hospice Easter Egg Hunt

Date & time: Saturday, April 2 - 10am - 4pm

Tickets: £2 per person, via Eventbrite.

This is St John’s take on the traditional egg hunt, and children will not find eggs but rather figures that they will need to write down.

All children partaking in this Easter egg hunt will receive a chocolate egg at the end of the race, and other refreshments will also be on sale.

Kids Easter Egg Making Workshop

Date & time: Saturday, April 16 - 10am - 12am

Get creative this Easter, as you can decorate your very own Easter egg, at this event hosted by one of the finest chocolatiers in London as it is hosted at OmNom by Le Jeune. Not only can you decorate them, you can watch the eggs constructed right in front of you, and choose what goes into the eggs!

The event is aimed at 7-14 year olds and all eggs are vegan.
