Glee superstar Darren Criss attends the Downton Abbey London premiere
The star was photographed wearing a Warbler-worthy blazer.
I’m not ashamed to admit I am a Glee superfan. So when I saw Darren Criss attend the Downton Abbey premiere in London this week, I nearly lost my mind.
The American actor and singer first rose to fame in Glee as Blaine Anderson, a charismatic Warbler and later member of New Directions.
He has gone on to perform on Broadway and even starred in “The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story”.
The star was photographed alongside his wife, film producer and writer Mia Swier, at the Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale premiere on Wednesday night (3rd September).
Criss looked every inch the aristocratic gentleman (and Warbler), in a burgundy velvet jacket and black tie. He carried a large black umbrella (very fancy, very British).
Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale will land in UK cinemas next week on September 12.
The film takes place in the summer of 1930, when the Crawleys grapple with the threat of social disgrace when Mary finds herself at the centre of a public scandal, and the family faces financial trouble.
The film made its world premiere in London this week at the Odeon Luxe in Leicester Square.
