Having attracted over 500,000 club goers to its debut event, Creamfields South 2023 returns once again to Hyland Park in Chelmsford for another three days of some of the best and classic performances from the world of electronic and dance music. Next year’s event will take place across May Bank Holiday weekend from May 26 to 28.

Creamfields organisers have announced the three headliners across the weekend for 2023; Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia and Tiesto will all take to the main stage while elsewhere around the festival grounds some very familiar names have been named in the first wave announcement including dance pioneers, the great Carl Cox and Fatboy Slim.

Some of those other performers announced during the first wave from Creamfields South also include Andy C, Becky Hill, Camelphat, Chase & Status , Example, Gorgon City, Nina Kraviz, Patrick Topping and Sonny Fodera. The full line up announcement is expected in the new year and promises to be one of the biggest of its kind.

So much so that organisers have added an additional day to their Southern expedition, with live performances running across the entirety of the three day event. That includes those very late night moments dancing/stumbling from a headline set to a post-headliner “chill”. It’s all about spreading the love and being one, to paraphrase the film Human Traffic.

For those that aren’t particular fans of camping, Creamfields South 2023 have already unveiled their luxury camping options for the festival, from yurts that can house up to four people, the more extravagant Empty Emperors Bell for up to six people, or for those who don’t mind roughing it but hate travelling with camping gear, a pre-pitched tent set up ready for your arrival.

Londonworld will be keeping an eye on the second announcement for Creamfields South 2023, but for those who can’t wait, here is both the ticketing information and a travel route from London to Chelmsford for you lucky, lucky people.
