Creamfields 2023 Chelmsford: When does it start and finish?

Chelmsford-based festival Creamfields South is back for 2023 after its debut down south last year. The first-ever Creamfields South took place last June in Hylands Park in Chelmsford, Essex.

A whole host of famous names descended to the southern festival last summer for the inaugural event. Popular DJs Calvin Harris and David Guetta are some of the big names who played their music to Chelmsford crowds.

This year’s festival promises to bring more of the same artists from the world of electronic and dance music. Phase one of the summer festival's lineup was confirmed at the start of this year in January.

As well as some returning acts, the 2023 festival will also host some new names. Scottish mixer Calvin Harris and Afterglow hitmaker Becky Hill are some of the acts making a comeback and will be joined by both Example and Fat Boy Slim in the 2023 lineup.

The Chelmsford-based dance music festival will take place this weekend. The festivities will kick off on Friday (May 26) and wrap up onSunday (May 28).
