Connaught Village, Hyde Park Estates’ luxury retail quarter invites London residents to visit the area over the festive season. Not merely home to a number of London’s most exclusive spots for independent shopping, drinking and dining, the village has recently completed work on an art installation dedicated to the spirit of Christmas.

Visitors that want the chance to get their photo underneath Connaught Village’s Tree of Love, Hope and Joy can also enjoy a chance to win £500 by entering the village’s competition which closes on December 15. A nice little stocking filler for any family during the cost of living crisis by merely taking a digital Christmas card with family and friends.

Titled “All I Want For Christmas Is…” the new installation situated underneath the Tree of Love, Hope and Joy was opened over the weekend by the canine Father Christmas themselves, Santa Paws, accompanied by the pupils from the neighbouring Connaught House School Choir with an open-air performance of classic Christmas carols to get everyone into the festive spirit.

Already considered one of the most Instagrammable areas in London’s West End, the Tree of Love, Hope and Joy is considered the centrepiece each Christmas in Connaught Village with the area undertaking their annual fundraiser for a charity of the village’s choosing: this year Connaught Village has chosen COSMIC in their endeavours.

The charity supports the children’s and neonatal intensive care units at St Mary’s & Queen Charlotte’s Hospital by helping patients and their families, and by enabling their dedicated team of nurses and doctors to treat hundreds of babies and children in intensive care.

If you wanted to check out the Tree of Love, Hope and Joy and take in the sights and sounds of Connaught Village ahead of Christmas 2022, you can visit the area by taking the Marble Arch (Central Line), Lancaster Gate (Central Line) or Paddington (Hammersmith and City, Circle, District and Bakerloo lines, plus Crossrail and Elizabeth line), all within 10-minute walking distance from the village.
