Strap in, West Londoners, because a delicious new Indian street food restaurant is opening near you.

Chaiiwala, a popular chain, is opening its 107th street food cafe in Lombardy Retail Park in Hayes.
Founded in Leicester in 2015, Chaiiwala is renowned for its authentic and carefully brewed Karak chai, as well as its unique, high-quality street food that bursts with traditional flavours.

Over the past decade, the brand has grown significantly, operating over 100 cafes in the UK, more than 20 in Canada, and a handful in Dubai.
Chaiiwala’s latest store in Hayes offers fresh, accessible, and high-protein dishes that provide a delicious and unique alternative at various mealtimes – from masala omelettes for breakfast in the morning to butter chicken rice bowls or Bombay Twister naan wraps for lunch or dinner.
All meals are crafted with premium and traditional ingredients, utilising closely guarded recipes inspired by Indian home cooking.

World-class Karak chai, a daily ritual for consumers across Southeast Asia, is a cornerstone of Chaiiwala’s proposition. Each day, it brews its tea with a secret blend of seven spices, which is served traditionally hot or cold as a frappe or over ice, alongside other tea and coffee-based beverages.
Sohail Ali, Co-Founder of Chaiiwala, said: “We’re extremely excited to open our latest store in Hayes. As a leading retail destination with strong footfall, our opening in Hayes will provide an opportunity for us to showcase the value of Chaiiwala’s unique and flavourful all-day street food menu as well as the unique flavour of chai to more consumers. This will help us introduce more consumers to the brand and support our strategic objective of transforming Chaiiwala into a household name. We look forward to seeing customers in store for a cup of chai or a bite to eat very soon!”
