BST Hyde Park 2023: Take That join line up - who is supporting and how to get tickets

Take That have become the latest musical act confirmed for London’s BST Hyde Park, a series of summer concerts taking place at the royal gardens in 2023. Take That’s inclusion follows on from earlier announcements that P!nk, Billy Joel and Bruce Springsteen have all been selected as part of BST’s 2023 programming.

In a statement from the band on BST Hyde Park’s website, the group said: "We’re so excited to be back together and that BST Hyde Park will be the first stage we perform on in almost four years. We have incredible memories of playing there in 2016, and we can’t wait to see everyone in July."

It will be the first time Take That have performed since 2019, when the band rounded off a UK tour with a show at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. The iconic boy band, known for their hits Relight My Fire and Back For Good, had support from Lulu (who guested on the single Relight My Fire) and Rick Astley - known to younger audiences for annoying internet users with Rickrolling as much as he is for the song used, Never Gonna Give You Up.

The band are set to have a busy new year, with both Gary Barlow and Mark Owen confirming that the group are set to record their ninth studio album which is due to be  released in 2023  The album is expected to feature the original members of the group including  Robbie Williams, who is currently wrapping up filming for his musical biopic, Better Man.

Take That will be performing on July 1, 2023 with support from The Script and Sugababes, with more guests to be announced for the event soon. The performance is marked as a UK exclusive for BST Hyde Park, with no other performances from the hallowed boy band scheduled for the rest of 2023 so far.

Tickets to see Take That perform at BST Hyde Park on July 1, 2023 can be bought from Ticketmaster from 10am on November 3 2022. Amex Presales are currently already available for purchase through the ticketing agency.
