Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy will hit cinemas this Valentine’s Day but when is its London premiere?

Bridget Jones will return to the big screen this February as the beloved franchise’s latest movie lands in cinemas.

The Mad About the Boy, a new film that will be released this Valentine’s Day (February 14), sees Renée Zellweger reprise her iconic role as Bridget Jones, the hopeless romantic/’lunatic and spinster’.

SPOLIER: Following the death of her husband Mark Darcy, Bridget will start a whirlwind romance with a younger love interest played by the dashing One Day actor, Leo Woodall.

Across the other three Bridget Jones movies, London has featured heavily. As well as being where the character’s famous abode is set, some of the city’s other familiar landmarks including Tower Bridge and Piccadilly Circus have also made cameos.

With London having been an integral part of the of the films it’s no surprise the film is also slated to premiere in the city ahead of its release.
