Brentford travel to Bournemouth in the Premier League on 1 October, as they look to build on their solid start to the season.

The last time these two met in a competitive game was back in 2021, as Brentford broke Bournemouth hearts to seal a place at Wembley.

Brentford eventually beat Swansea in the final to get promoted to the Premier League for the first time and haven’t looked back since.

Despite their good start to the season, The Bees were convincingly beaten by table toppers Arsenal last time out.

Bournemouth, meanwhile enjoyed a great return to the Premier League beating Aston Villa 2-0 on the opening day and then went on a four-game winless streak losing 9-0 to Liverpool in that run.

But, after Scott Parker left the club, Gary O’Neil has steadied the ship and is unbeaten in three games at the helm including a memorable 3-2 against Nottingham Forest.
