We don’t think we’re speaking out of turn when we say Battersea Park Fireworks are the best of the best.

Sparkling scenes will take over South London once again for 2024, on Saturday, November 2, and Sunday, November 3.

Billed as one of the biggest and brightest displays in the capital, the popular display is brought to you by the same masterminds who put on the famous New Year’s Eve display in London.

When are Battersea Park Fireworks 2024?

This year the displays will take place on Saturday, November 2, and Sunday, November 3.

The two shows are different displays set to different soundtracks.

What time do they start and end?

Saturday timings:

Gates open at 6pm.

Gates close at 8pm.

Saturday fireworks start at approximately 8:30pm.

Event closes at midnight.

Sunday timings:

Gates open at 4:30pm

Gates close at 6:30pm

Sunday fireworks are expected to start at 7pm.

Event closes at 10pm

How much are tickets?

General admission tickets (over 16s) cost £13.10. Tickets for 15s and under cost £8.80. Under 5s go free.

Best places to see Battersea Fireworks

Obviously, the best place to see the fireworks is at the event itself at Battersea Park.

However, that doesn’t mean the spectacular display can’t be seen elsewhere in the city.

One of the most magical viewing spots is from the top of Lift109 at Battersea Power Station.

Another great viewing spot is Chelsea Embankment on the North Side of the River Thames.

You can also see them from Chelsea Bridge.

How to get there

There is no parking at or near the event apart from limited disabled spaces.

Battersea Park is well serviced by South Western Railway, with the event accessible from Battersea Park, Queenstown Road, Victoria, and Clapham Junction Rail Stations.

Sloane Square will be closed for planned engineering works throughout the weekend, so plan accordingly.
