Mysterious sky laser spotted over London again last night - this is where it came from
A mysterious blue laser was seen shining into London's sky last night - and it’s probably not for the reason you’re expecting.
Londoners were left confused on Wednesday night (November 19) after a ray of light was seen to join the city’s famous skyline.
The blue beacon was visible across many parts of the city in the early evening with some locals having taken to social media to find answers of what it actually was.
One TikTok of the light spectacle has almost a million views with its comment section filled with hilarious theories behind what it could be.
From a bat signal to a massive lightsaber others added they could see it as far out as Richmond.
The blue laser was actually an activation to celebrate the high high-end lighting trade show LiGHT 25 at the Business Design Centre in Islington.

As part of the event the company KVANT Lasers, who were exhibiting at the show, displayed one of their lasers at the front of the venue.
KVANT revealed they’d have one of their lasers on display in a post on social media ahead of the 2025 event.
Taking to Instagram the brand wrote: “The Architect sky laser will be shooting into the sky right at the entrance, creating an awesome visual you’ll want to see for yourself.”
In October a similar light was seen coming from Mayfair. At the time a powerful projector was based outside The Chancery Rosewood hotel by Grosvenor Square for a gala.
