Mufasa premiere London: Will Jay-Z and Beyoncé attend the UK Lion King premiere with Blue Ivy?
Mufasa will reportedly premiere in London tonight but will Beyoncé, Jay-Z and daughter Blue Ivy be in attendance?
Disney’s new animated movie Mufasa will see Beyoncé reprise her role as Nala with daughter Blue Ivy having also joined the film’s voice cast.
Having lent her voice to the character of Nala in the 2019 live action remake of the Lion King, Beyoncé's daughter Blue Ivy features in the new movie as she voices Nala’s cub Kiera.
Following the origin of once orphaned cub Mufasa and how he became the king of the pride lands, the new film tells the story through his granddaughter and daughter of Simba and Nala, Kiara.
Ahead of the movie’s release next week (December 20), the film will reportedly be celebrated in the capital tonight (December 11) as it has its UK premiere.
As fans will expect to see the movie’s star-studded voice cast in the city many will no doubt be hoping Beyoncé and Blue Ivy will join them.
Will Beyoncé and Jay-Z attend the London Mufasa premiere with Blue Ivy?
It’s yet to be confirmed who will attend the London Mufasa premiere red carpet from the movie’s voice cast. However as both Beyoncé and Blue Ivy both voice characters in the new movie it's possible they both could walk the red carpet in the capital for the UK premiere.
The Knowles-Carter family put on a united front at the recent Mufasa premiere in Los Angeles as Jay-Z and Beyoncé's mother Tina Knowles joined the two for pictures. If Beyoncé and Blue Ivy were to attend the London premiere, it’s likely Jay-Z would be there to support them too.
Beyoncé previously attended the 2019 premiere of the live-action Lion King premiere in London alongside Jay-Z.
