Barry Manilow at London Palladium: How to get a refund for May 27 show as cancelled date is rescheduled

Ahead of his Monday show in the capital as part of his The Last, Last UK concert series, it was announced Manilow would not be able to perform as expected due to illness.
A statement on his official X account said: “Unfortunately, under doctor’s orders, we must cancel tonight’s 27th May Barry Manilow concert. Please hold on to your tickets until we can sort out rescheduling tonight’s performance.”

Hide AdManilow still has 10 upcoming shows as part of his London Palladium stint which is set to wrap up early next month on June 9.
He began his takeover of the capital theatre last Thursday (May 23) and performed four shows there before Monday’s sudden cancellation.
Ahead of his Tuesday show (May 28) the singer’s X shared an update as they confirmed that evening’s show would go ahead as planned and that the May 27 date would be rescheduled to a matinee on June 9.
While tickets for the May 27 show will be honoured and valid for the new date, if you can no longer make the new date, you will also be eligible for a refund.

As explained on the LW Theatre company website, who own the London Palladium, ticket holders will be able to get a refund of their seat value as the event was officially cancelled.
Ticket holders should be contacted regarding the cancelled show from their point of purchase. For any other queries, The LW Theatre box office can be contacted by email on: [email protected] and phone on 020 3925 2998 between the hours of 10am and 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday.
The refund should take around 10 to 14 days to completely process and appear back in your account once requested.
