The pink carpet was rolled out in Leicester Square on Wednesday (July 12) as the stars of the Barbie movie celebrated its European premiere. The capital’s cinema district welcomed the doll-themed flick’s cast and fans in honour of its upcoming release.
Londoners got a chance to celebrate the upcoming Barbie movie early yesterday ahead of its release next week. The highly anticipated film will hit cinemas in the capital and across the UK on July 21.
Barbie and Ken stars Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling were just some of the stars that graced the pink carpet. America Ferrera, Will Ferrell and Emma Mackey were a few of the other stars that walked the rosy overlay in London’s Leicester Square.
Robbie, Gosling and Ferrera hinted they would be visiting the capital for the premiere earlier this week in a video posted on the Warner Bros UK Twitter on Tuesday (July 11). In the post, they also hinted the capital would be getting a pink makeover for the occasion.
