Banksy well and truly took over London this week as he unveiled a total of five artworks across the city.
Starting on Monday (August 5), the anonymous artist claimed a piece in Richmond of a goat which was based near Kew Bridge. A pair of elephants was the next artwork to be unveiled on the side of a house in Chelsea.
On Wednesday (August 7) a trio of monkeys appeared on the side of a railway bridge on Brick Lane in Shoreditch. The fourth was a howling wolf on a shop’s satellite dish in Peckham although it was quickly removed after the artist revealed he was behind it.
The fifth was unveiled today (August 9) in Walthamstow and featured two heron’s playfully snacking on an illustrated fish that featured on a local chippy’s sign.
