Wes Anderson’s latest film Asteroid City is finally here. However, the big screen is not the only way that Londoners can experience the new release. The city will also host a few limited-time pop-ups in its honour.

While the US filmmaker’s latest project dropped in cinemas across London today (June 23), several Asteroid City-themed experiences have also opened up across the capital. The events will invite movie fans to step into the world of the new release.

From themed items to immersive exhibitions, film audiences can further explore the flick in London away from the big screen. Many of the experiences will be open across the central city.

Asteroid City’s release follows the recent popularity of Wes Anderson’s work on TikTok. Last month, a viral trend saw TikTok users try to mimic the cinematic style of the filmmaker in their own videos.

Here’s three pop-up Asteroid City-themed events Londoners can visit in the capital.

Try a ‘Wespresso Martini’ across Grind Coffee’s London stores

The London-based coffee brand Grind has renamed its classic espresso martini in honour of Wes Anderson’s new movie release. Grind’s ‘Wespresso Martini’ will be available for a limited time across the brand’s London branches.
