Adele has confirmed she will be performing at the upcoming Brit Awards, as she is still dealing with the fallout of her Caesar’s Palace drama.

In her most recent tweet, the Hello hitmaker also hinted she would be a guest on the Graham Norton Show, and also put any rumours to bed of a potential break up with her boyfriend Rich Paul.

The singer from Tottenham and West Norwood signed the tweet off with: “Oh, and Rich sends his love.”

If she wins all four awards she is nominated for, she will be tied with Robbie Williams as the artist with the most Brit Awards, which is 13.

Her announcement of her upcoming performance comes just two weeks after she cancelled her entire Las Vegas residency at the Caesar’s Palace, citing Covid and “delivery delays” as the main reasons for cancelling her shows.

On a tearful video uploaded to her Instagram she said: “I’m so sorry, but my show ain’t ready.

“Half my team have Covid and it’s been impossible to finish the show”

The 24 dates that have been postponed have yet to be rearranged, and as she took to twitter and Instagram to announce her imminent performance at the BRITs, she received some backlash.

Despite the backlash, her loyal fans did defend the 33-year-old.

The Brit awards ceremony is due to get underway on February 2022 at 8pm, and other artists performing include Dave and Ed Sheeran.

Global superstar Doja Cat was also set to perform, but has had to pull out after some members of her crew tested positive for Covid.
