Despite being American, the tour actually kicks off in the UK with the tour culminating in her home country.

When is Alicia Keys performing in London?

The ‘City of Gods’ hitmaker is set to perform at the iconic O2 Arena on Monday, 13 June 2022.

Over her long, trophy laden career the singer has previously performed at the O2 in the past, as far back as at least 2008.

Where else is she performing?

Her UK tour is very short, and ends in London. She will be visiting just two other cities, Birmingham and Manchester.

There’s still plenty of tickets available, and they can be purchased off of popular ticketing app Ticketmaster.

The cheapest tickets for her London concert in June currently cost £64.10 each.

Ticketmaster also earmarked the best tickets still currently available, costing £86.65 each.

Who is Alicia Keys?

Alicia Keys, is an American singer, songwriter and actress. The 41-year-old was born in Manhattan, New York and is regarded as one of the finest singers of her generation.

She signed her first record label deal with Columbia Records when she was just 15 years old, but released her debut album under J Records in the wake of some disputes with Columbia.

She released her debut album, ‘Songs in A Minor’ in 2001, and the album catapulted Keys to worldwide stardom. It sold over 12 million copies worldwide, and many of the songs were featured in the Billboard Hot 100, including her number one single ‘Fallin’.

Her debut album earned Keys a resounding five Grammy Awards in 2002.

Keys proved it wasn’t a fluke, as her second album ‘The Diary of Alicia Keys’ was released in 2003 and sold eight million copies worldwide, and earned her another four Grammy Awards.

In 2004, her song with Usher named ‘My Boo’ became her second number one single, and she became the first woman to have an MTV Unplugged album debut at number one with Unplugged, which was released in 2005.

Keys has sold over 90 million records worldwide, and is one of the world’s best selling artists. Billboard named her as the top r&b artists of the 00s. She has 15 Grammy Awards, 17 NAACP Image Awards, 12 ASCAP Awards. VH1 named her on their 100 Greatest Artists of All Time and Time named her in their list of most influential people in both 2005 and again in 2017.
