The 34-year-old singer performed a verse of Everything Has Changed, which featured Sheeran before bringing him out on stage to the fans' delight.
The pair performed an acoustic blend of the 2013 hit with End Game, which they also collaborated on.

Thursday evening kicked off the return of the Eras Tour to London, with Swift set to perform four more nights on August 16, 17, 19 and 20.
This was the singer’s first appearance in the UK since the Stockport attacks, where three young girls were killed at a Swift-themed dance class.

Hide AdSwift did not mention the attack at her show or her Vienna shows being cancelled due to an alleged terror plot.
The BBC reported Swift has privately contacted families affected by the Southport stabbings.
When introducing Sheeran on stage Swift said: “He’s like a second brother to me.”
Swift finished her “surprise song” section with a rendition of King of My Heart from Reputation and The Alchemy from her latest album The Tortured Poets Department.
Swift’s return to Wembley Stadium marks the end of the European leg of the Eras tour. The singer and her performance crew will next perform in Toronto in November.
