The Hammers are also fairing better domestically too, and currently sit 10th in the Premier League. Their latest win came against Bournemouth, in a game dominated by VAR decisions.

It will be West Ham’s last game in the competition untilNovember 3, when they face FCSB away from home. Before then, they face a rejuvenated Manchester United away from home in the Premier League.
