West Ham 'seriously considering' making offer for £25m star amid Crystal Palace stance on Liverpool 'target'
All the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding the Premier League as the action gets underway.
The new Premier League season is underway with Fulham having got us going against Manchester United on Friday night. We now have Arsenal in action against Wolves and West Ham facing Aston Villa on Saturday, while Chelsea are in action against Manchester City on Sunday.

Brentford and Crystal Palace face off against each other on Sunday in an all-London clash ahead of Monday’s clash between Tottenham and newly promoted Leicester City. In the meantime, we have rounded up all the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding the top flight clubs.
Abraham ‘interest’
West Ham are still said to be showing interest in signing former Chelsea frontman Tammy Abraham from AS Roma. The Hammers have already snapped up Niclas Fullkrug to strengthen their front line, but Gazzetta dello Sport say there is still interest in Abraham.
The report says West Ham are ‘seriously thinking’ about making an offer for Abraham, but no offer has been submitted just yet. Roma are said to want as much as £25million to sell Abraham this summer, but there are reports claiming they could settle for £21million upfront and a further £4million in add-ons.
Wharton ‘stance’
Crystal Palace will not sell Adam Wharton this summer amid reported interest from Liverpool. That’s according to reporter Jacque Talbot. “Palace are looking to land a spot in Europe next season and believe the addition of Adam Wharton from Blackburn Rovers in January is a huge boost in their quest,” the reporter wrote on Football Transfers.
“We are told that the Eagles value the 20-year-old at £100m as he’s viewed by the club as potentially greater than Declan Rice and Moises Caicedo, both of which left for more. Wharton is contracted to Palace until 2029 and is happy at the side where he is offered regular game time.”
Silva latest
Wolves are pushing to offload Fabio Silva this summer, but they are not going to allow themselves to be shorted. According to reports, Genoa are pushing to wrap up a loan deal for Silva, but Wolves are not going to budge unless there is a future sale guaranteed.
That’s according to journalist Rudy Galetti, who tweeted: “Genoa don't give up on Fabio #Silva. After the first attempt – a loan offer with an option to buy rejected by #Wolves – the 🇮🇹 club is preparing a new bid for the 🇵🇹 player. WWFC want a permanent transfer or an obligation to buy in the deal.”
