West Ham have reportedly made an offer for Cliftonville winger Sean Moore. The 17-year-old is being tipped for a bright future in the game.

According to the Belfast Telegraph, the Hammers have put in a ‘bid’ for the prospect but his current club would like him to spend the rest of the season on loan with them. The report also adds that he is a man in-demand in this transfer window and is being tracked by Premier League clubs Newcastle United, Everton and Brighton and Hove Albion.

Football League duo QPR and Ipswich Town are also said to be keen. Crystal Palace were linked with a move last week by the same source.

West Ham are looking to win the race for his signature though and could see him as a useful long-term option. It has been a quiet deadline day so far for David Moyes’ men.

Moore has been on the books of Cliftonville for his whole career to date and has risen up through their academy. The Northern Ireland U18 international has made 22 appearances for the first-team in all competitions to date and has chipped in with two goals and three assists.

In other West Ham news, The Sun claim Kalvin Phillips is a loan target. However, Everton and Leeds United have also been mentioned as potential suitors.
