Attacker on radar

West Ham are reportedly ‘interested’ in Inter Milan attacker Joaquin Correa along with fellow top flight sides Everton and Aston Villa, according to a report by Italian news outlet CalcioMercato. The 28-year-old, who is an Argentina international with 28 caps under his belt so far, has struggled to make an impact at the San Siro this season.

He joined the Serie A giants permantly last summer from Lazio but has since scored only three goals in 31 games in all competitions. His future is now up in the air ahead of the next transfer window.

Contract talks

West Ham are set to open ‘talks’ with goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski over a new deal, as per Football Insider. The ex-Arsenal and Swansea City man remains David Moyes’ number one at the age of 38.

He penned a 12-month extension last summer with the option of a further year on top of that. He has played 167 times since moving to London in 2018.
