An FA Cup humbling could prompt West Ham to kickstart their January transfer activity this month if Hammers boss David Moyes gets his way.
Speaking after the defeat to Bristol City on Tuesday night, the West Ham manager was asked if the club might look to complete some deals before the end of the month. He said: "I would probably say yes to that. The truth is we’ll try and do some business. Undoubtedly, there’s a desire from the club to try and do something and from me and everybody there. The next part is, can we get the right players to come in and ones we think could help just now?”
