West Ham are still desperately searching for consistency after picking up a big win over Manchester United last weekend. The Hammers are currently in 13th place and still searching for their first back-to-back league wins in the league.

This weekend, the Hammers take on a high flying Nottingham Forest side away from home, with Nuno Espirito Santo’s men currently up in seventh place. Here we round up the injury news surrounding both teams ahead of the fixture.

Danilo - Out

Danilo is out until the new year, with Santo saying: “Unfortunately, Ibrahim Sangare and Danilo are out for a while.”

Ibrahim Sangare - Out

Sangare is looking to return towards the end of this month, currently nursing a thigh problem.

James Ward-Prowse - Out (Ineligible)

Ward-Prowse is not eligible to face parent club West Ham.

Morgan Gibbs-White - Doubt

Santo said a couple of weeks ago: “It is a day-by-day process, so let’s see how he is. He is better today, so let’s hope he is even better tomorrow and keeps progressing.” He is yet to return, though, and will remain a doubt until Santo provides a fresh update.

Chris Wood - Doubt

Asked if Wood’s injury was serious after he limped off on the back of two goals last time out, Santo said: “I hope not. Let’s assess, but I hope not.”

Mohammed Kudus - Out (Suspended)

Kudus is currently suspended after receiving a ban for ‘improper misconduct’.

Julen Lopetegui has said of Fullkrug’s latest injury: “Fullkrug is not ready to play, he is working on his recovery. We do not have a date for his recovery. He's out, definitely.”
