'Medical complete' - West Ham next £55m transfer teased after Max Kilman coup

West Ham are already preparing bids for their next piece of summer business even before the purchase of defender Max Kilman from Wolves has been confirmed by the club.
The Hammers have been heavily linked with the centre-back this window as new manager Julen Lopetegui seeks a reunion with his former Wolves player. The Spaniard now appears to have got his way with Sky Sports reporting that Kilman has completed his medical at the London Stadium ahead of a £40 million move.

Luis Guilherme has already arrived from Brazil for £25 million but is just 18 years old and will perhaps need time before nailing down a position in the starting XI. However, West Ham appeared to have located a target who could be ready to hit the ground running in the Premier League. That comes in Sevilla forward Youssef En-Nesyri.
GIVEMESPORT reports that West Ham could make a formal offer for the 27-year-old 'in the coming weeks' with the player keen on a switch to come and work under Lopetegui. The Morocco international has been at Sevilla since 2020 but the club could accept a £21 million bid for his services.

En-Nesyri bagged 20 goals in all competitions for the Spanish outfit last season, making 41 appearances in total. The striker only missed one match through injury during the campaign, his fitness levels representing a major strength.

The DR Congo international has a £34 million release clause in his contract but that could represent good value for a player who scored 23 times last season and he is not believed to be seeking a lucrative salary rise to make the switch - a double swoop for En-Nesyri and Banza adding up to £55 million.
