West Ham vs Man Utd early injury and suspension news as 5 players ruled out
All the early injury news surrounding West Ham and Manchester United ahead of their mid-week Premier League clash.
West Ham return to action on Tuesday night as they look to ramp up their survival bid even further after beating Burnley over the weekend and closing the gap to three points.

Speaking after that big win, Hammers boss Nuno Espirito Santo said: “There's no individuals. We need the best of each one of us. That's the only path that you can take. It starts from there. We are aware of the problems that we've been having. We have to solve it, we have to fix it.
“Individually, the players in defence were OK, but it's more about the line, the way we can connect with each other, covering spaces. We did well, we did well, we did well. Like I said, a clean sheet. Moving forward, it's important, it's important. We knew that today was going to be very, very tough, but everything starts from there, our organisation when we press. So, congratulations to the boys because they did an amazing job today.”
But West Ham are not the only team enjoying a resurgence, with Manchester United now on a run of four straight wins, bettering the Iron’s recent run of three wins in four. Michael Carrick has the Red Devils in superb form, and they are currently in possession of fourth spot.
Ahead of what is set up to be an interesting clash at the London Stadium, we have rounded up the early injury and suspension news surrounding both teams.
Jean-Clair Todibo - Out (Suspended)
Todibo will serve the second game of his suspension here following a red card for violent conduct against Chelsea.
Lukasz Fabianski - Out
Fabianski remains out with a back injury that has troubled him for much of the season.
Patrick Dorgu - Out
Dorgu is out until March time. Carrick has said: “Pat, unfortunately, he's going to be out for a period of time. We're still working through how long that's going to be. We weren't sure whether it was a little bit of cramp or whether it was something a little bit more serious, and at the moment, it looks a little bit more on the serious note.”
Matthijs De Ligt - Out
De Ligt is getting closer but has around three weeks to go. Carrick has said: “Matta is working his way back, taking good steps and improving. It's a little bit too soon at the moment, but hopefully, it won't be too long [before he is back].”
Mason Mount - Out
Carrick said last weekend: “Probably, Mason [will be available] sooner [than De Ligt]... He's not too far away, really. We're hopeful it won't be too long.” Mount is expected back in 10-12 days.
