Valerien Ismael's dismal Watford record compared with last 15 Hornets managers

Watford will appoint their 11th manager since 2020 as and when they name a permanent replacement for the recently departed Valerien Ismael in due course.

Former Hornets midfielder Tom Cleverley has stepped in on an interim basis as he looks to steer the London club away from the prospect of plummeting into a relegation battle for the final fixtures of the Championship season.

Watford have struggled to stick with a manager in recent years with an ever-revolving door of bosses at Vicarage Road. Defeat to Coventry City was the final blow in Ismael's tenure, but his win percentage at the side is nowhere near as bad as some of his predecessors.
