During the game, Thomas Partey’s strength and technical ability were on full display as he held off two Fulham players before turning around and driving the ball forward.
The move was reminiscent of the legendary French midfielder, Zinedine Zidane, and it’s no surprise that many Arsenal fans were quick to draw comparisons between the two players. Partey’s ability to shield the ball from two opponents at once, all while keeping his composure and awareness of his surroundings, is a skill mastered by very few elite players.
The Ghanaian international has been a standout player for Arsenal this season and his ability to win possession and drive forward with the ball is a key asset for the Gunners.
