Last season’s Premier League table presented quite a few surprises both at the top and bottom of the table. The battles for the title, European football and survival from relegation were on a knife edge for the majority of the campaign and the next instalment of top flight English football is expected to be more of the same.
Everton narrowly avoided relegation while Leeds United and Leicester City faced the drop, Liverpool were snubbed of a spot in the Champions League, and Chelsea seriously struggled to find form and finished outside of the top ten.
