Tottenham Hotspur legend Harry Kane had pundits Jamie Carragher and Micah Richards in hysterics on Tuesday night as he gave a cheeky response when asked how he was watching Sky Sports while in Germany.

The former Premier League talisman has been impressing at Bayern Munich this summer, having completed an £82 million move to the German giants from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium last summer. Kane bagged a brace against Lazio in the Champions League on Tuesday night as his side cruised to a 3-0 win, taking his tally up to 33 for the season.

After the match, Kane spoke to Kate Abdo, Arsenal legend Thierry Henry, Carragher and Richards. The ex Spurs star had received praise from Henry on Monday, as the Frenchman covered Arsenal's 6-0 win over Sheffield United.

Henry said: "The evolution of Harry Kane has been outstanding. Look at how calm he is, little flick it's everything that it does is calm he is composed he sees, can I have to take technique as the technique and you can name any, these guys can score any goal any pass coming in midfield and play he is already gone.

"When I went to see Kane I said to him, 'Do you want to add assists to your game?' He said to be honest I'm not happy with my assists and I should do more. And you know what I have respect for people that talk and back it up.

"And you can see I mean the way he plays is just I mean when we talk about a complete striker for me I said it so many times we're talking about Patrick Kluivert was complete as a striker you played against him we talked about him. I'm not saying he was the best striker in history but a complete striker could do it all. Kane can do it all."

When speaking to the CBS group on Tuesday, the Bayern Munich star was quick to thank Henry. He said: "Thierry, I appreciate the kind words yesterday."

"What show was that?", Carragher was quick to chime in. "The award-winning show," he goaded when Kane responded with Monday Night Football.

Speaking over Henry's response of 'you deserve it', Richards then butted in. He shouted: "How'd you get that in Germany by the way? I'm not accusing you of anything but I'm saying, I don't think Sky Go goes to Germany."

"Don't worry about me," Kane replied with a smirk before a cackling Carragher announced, "Harry's got a dodgy box!".

The moment had the studio in hysterics and football lovers on social media have been quick to share the interaction. "Thank god for this show," one social media user wrote on X.

Others labelled it as 'so funny' and 'sensational work by Micah'. Another added: "The banter they have on CBS is unmatched."
