Before Antonio Conte arrived, the absolute best fans could hope for was Champions League football.

Now he has arrived, and been heavily backed by the Tottenham hierarchy, Champions League seems to be pretty much already nailed on.

It would be in the FA Cup and Carabao Cup that fans could hope for a trophy, as a Premier League trophy seems to be just a step too far.

It’s now been 14 years since Spurs last won a trophy, with their fans the subject of a lot of online torment due to that stat.

With very good squad depth now, there’s no reason why Conte can’t break this long trophy drought and deliver Spurs’ first trophy in almost a decade and a half.
